How to remove Windows 7 Desktop WaterMark (Evaluation Copy)

Windows 7 service pack 1 is now available to public as Beta or RC (Release Candidate) version. However installing it leaves a nasty watermark extreme right lower corner of your desktop.

Many of us wonder how to remove the watermark which comes into the desktop after installation of Windows 7 SP1 ?

There are many third party tools available to achieve the said task, one of which you may use is Remove WaterMark. The given package contains both x86 (32bit) and x64 (64bit) solution, please run the respective .exe according to your need using administrative privilege.

It should present you a command prompt window asking for permission to carry foward with the operation, press “Y” to complete the task. Now after reboot, you may enjoy a WaterMark free Windows 7 SP1 desktop

    After using ‘remove watermark’ it unable to clear all the watermark.Now it shows that “The Copy of Windows is not genuine” in small letter.
