Software have upgrade options.. Why not Harware ?
Has any one ever wondered about it ? That we buy PCs, let it be anything, Intel / AMD / ASUS / HP / Dell / Lenovo / Acer, coming with software and OS. We use these software or even we buy few of our own also.
We use these for a year or couple of years and we see there is a new faster and improved version of software coming from the company. All these software companies are kind enough offer something called upgrade. Where we get the new software at a real discounted price since we already had an older version of the same software.
Why not this same rule with hardware also ? Why do we have to pay the full to buy a new and faster hardware ?
I wish this rule or setup to exist in market where Intel or AMD takes back the older processor we have and gives us a new and faster one with discounted rate or rather HP or Dell or Lenovo takes older notebook from us and gives us a new one as upgrade with a discounted rate compare to the actual retail price of the new hardware.
Please do not mix it up with exchange policy where some individual store or shop offers ridicules low price for your once costly hardware.
