Domain Renewal -> Good Bye Yahoo.. Welcome Godaddy..
It had been more than 5 years that ChotoCheeta.com was with Yahoo Domains. But since last couple of years, Yahoo started to charge USD 35 for renewal compare to any domain registrant where “.com” renewal was at USD 10 at max.
Even with such high price, ChotoCheeta.com was renewed for couple of times, but this time around I decided to move. This year, I renewed the domain with Godaddy.com
Yahoo domain panel, ease of use, design is far better than godaddy control panel, which is full of own ads to promote its own products more and more. Yahoo is even faster than Godaddy as having a more simpler layout. But being an advance user, I can afford to use Godaddy as it saves a straight USD 28 per year.
