Even big guns too do mistakes and mistake on vital sections of their business.

The main source of earning for Google is advertisement. It is advertisers who keep Google running and Google seems be careless enough to ignore the basic of its business.

If you are a Google adwords (India) user, you would be asked to send your payment details via fax in case you want to use your credit card for billing purpose. It is obvious that all most all users would prefer credit card because its the fastest and easiest way of making payment.

Google adwords -> Please send us fax @ a worng number !!!!

Please fax a signed copy of the  authorization form to Google along with the front and back of your credit card at (022)66459122 if you wish to use Credit Card as a payment option.

So, as per their policy, you can’t get your adwords account active unless and untill your FAX reaches Google, but the catch is, FAX number which is given here doesn’t work.

Google Adwrods -> Damm.. All the numbers are faulty..

OK, no problem, as an user, one can always ring up and ask for a right number. Isn’t it ? But with Google India, that is not the case either. Even the phone number (022-6611-7200) for Google India (Mumbai), which is given in Google global contact page, also seems to be faulty.

How about other offices ? Bangalore (+91-80-67218989) -> Voice Mail / Gurgaon (+91-124-4512900) -> “We dont deal in Adwords, please email adwords support” / Hyderabad ->  No phone number.
