Guest Blogging is boon for those who don’t have their own blogs to express their thoughts or blogger whose blogs don’t get traffic to do justice to content they create.
Suggestion:
since, you have already opened guest blogging. think you should also, enter into a formal revenue sharing program and whose copyright will apply.
these things are small and often ignored. but they tend to create a rift and therefor should be handled
