Some how I feel that West Bengal one of the most culturally artistic states in India whose SWEETS I just adore to gulp down my throat has lost an opportunity to grow in a different direction. This situation can be compared to a phenomenon called opportunity cost in Economics. WB as i have seen is more happy in being called an agricultural society rather than a spatially developed society. some how this tends to be the opinion and decision of the leaders you have elected to run your state.
