Finally Intel has replied back on the issue with their web site, regarding contradictory information shown about Intel Core 2 Duo E4700 with its EM64T feature.

They agree on the fact that the mention page does have wrong information as they write,

I understand that you want to know if the Intel(R) Core(TM) 2 Duo processor E4700 has the Intel(R) Extended Memory 64 Technology.
