Thanks for review, regarding internal server error, it is  generally caused by wrong file permission or some bad code in .htaccess, have you checked your error log in cpanel, which tell the exact cause of internal server error, and you can rectify it from your end easily.

Regarding downtime, I think inspite of some downtime, we are consistently giving 99.9% uptime as promised.

Looking to keep you as our customer for long time to come.</description>
