NSU is supposed to connect to this and do... something. On my systems, nsl_host_process.exe starts for a second and then goes. NSU then sits there attempting to connect to :62716 for a few minutes, before it gives up and says there's a critical error. I've tried reinstalling it loads of times, makes no difference. Am at a bit of a loss... happens on my xp sp3 system too.
