Microsoft has opened a free technical support center for issue related to Windows Vista Service Pack 1 users.
Windows Vista Service Pack 1 (All Languages)
Microsoft would offer free Chat, Email and Telephone support (only for MSDN / Technet / MSPP / Large Volume users) free of charge till March 18, 2009.

Nice move by microsoft. Many will face some problem, and so it was badly needed.
