SP2 is coming out next month. Hwo do you integrate that to Office 2007 cs which has also no SP1 iintegrated yet.

thanks choto, but isn’t there any method to really slipstreaming sp1 in office 2007 like in the office 2003?

The title is misleading. This is not a slipstreaming guide. A simple fact is that office 2007 setup executes any files in the “Updates” folder. So its something installing office 2007 first, then applying the sp1 patches from the “Updates” folder. Not good.

Slipstreaming replaces installation files with newer ones. And therefore the installation only installs the latest version only. And obviously that leaves the setup to almost at same size as before (instead of adding the size of service pack in it, just like 900MB in the above example).

works great, but beware may not fit back onto a CD. I completed this using Ofcie 2007 Pro Plus (approx 460MB) from or Volume Agreement and total size was over 900MB. Tried to clear out unnecassary files (language options,etc.) and still could not get enough cleared out to fit on a CD.
