So its something installing office 2007 first, then applying the sp1 patches from the "Updates" folder. Not good. Slipstreaming replaces installation files with newer ones. And therefore the installation only installs the latest version only. And obviously that leaves the setup to almost at same size as before (instead of adding the size of service pack in it, just like 900MB in the above example). The title is misleading. I completed this using Ofcie 2007 Pro Plus (approx 460MB) from or Volume Agreement and total size was over 900MB.
