Has anyone tried SP1 on Vista Business? Did it affect anything adversely?

I have a licensed copy in my office but the machine is used for sharing data, printers, etc. and I can't afford any downtime on it.

My main concern is RAID1 in my machine. In the past, after update Vista has failed to boot and I had to supply the DVD to restore. Restoration had resulted in a lot of time waste and downtime.

@Prithvi Kashyap

Hello Sir,

I didnt get it... What is the problem are you facing with you installation ??

as SP1 is now under beta, so when you try it you agree that you understand that a beta product may cause harm to you data / hardware !!

thank you..

hi choto cheeta.... actually i was contented with windows vista until i loaded some games(perhaps pirated) onto it. Games like Call of Duty 2 and Prey dont seem to operate on vista .....

i have a system with 2.8 Ghz D core, 2 GB RAM(667 FSB),
Nvidia 8800 Ultra(1GB mem)so i guess there will be no hardware problem as such .....Earlier when i had XP i had no issues with any games as such ... I hope there is something with file system of Vista(i got it installed from a multiuser licenced DVD which is orignal. Do u think there is some way that these games can work on vista without having 2 reload it ....

PLease comment and help !!!!
