hi choto cheeta…. actually i was contented with windows vista until i loaded some games(perhaps pirated) onto it. Games like Call of Duty 2 and Prey dont seem to operate on vista …..

i have a system with 2.8 Ghz D core, 2 GB RAM(667 FSB),
Nvidia 8800 Ultra(1GB mem)so i guess there will be no hardware problem as such …..Earlier when i had XP i had no issues with any games as such … I hope there is something with file system of Vista(i got it installed from a multiuser licenced DVD which is orignal. Do u think there is some way that these games can work on vista without having 2 reload it ….

PLease comment and help !!!!

Has anyone tried SP1 on Vista Business? Did it affect anything adversely?

I have a licensed copy in my office but the machine is used for sharing data, printers, etc. and I can’t afford any downtime on it.

My main concern is RAID1 in my machine. In the past, after update Vista has failed to boot and I had to supply the DVD to restore. Restoration had resulted in a lot of time waste and downtime.
