hi cheeta!

this office suite is supposed to be attractive to those familiar with the ooooold lotus program(my dad was lotus fanboy... lolz). its something like ibm's e-entry into a market it lost loooong ago.

symphoney still needs improvements, tweaks, porting and optimisations. even at the time of writing, it is in alpha state.

that 1gig ram will be an issue, but with symphoney being targeted at new computers, it shouldn't be an issue.

for the reference, ms office 2007 can be installed in 128 mb ram 1.8 ghz p4 win xp sp2 machine.
