Surf the Internet from Microsoft Virtual PC Guest OS

Here is a small tips on how to access Internet from Gues OS installation of Windows from your Host Windows…

How to access Internet from Guest OS ??

1st of all make sure you are connected to the Internet !!!!

Now Go to Windows Firewall Settings or any 3rd party Firewall and Add Microsoft Virtual PC in its Exclusion list for all type of activities…. (In my case its Windows Vista Firewall)

Now in VPC go tyo the Settings of the Guest OS, and then at its Network settings select the networking type as Shared Network (NAT)

Now you should be able to access internet from ur Virtual PC… as it will access the Internet from Host OS as a program !!!
